Mechanical properties of high impact(HI-VE)

Resilience % Given a test load, the ratio of reduction in the initial outer diameter has to be 25% or below. When the test load is removed, the reduction ration has to be decreased ot 10% or below without any crack or fracture. C8431:2009
Shock Test - Among 10 specimens, 3 or over have to be unbroken.
Tensile Test Mpa Tensile strength at the yield point has to be 40MPa or over.
Dielectric Strength V Endurable at 2,000 V for 15 minutes.
Insulation Resistance 100㏁ or over.
Thermal Deformation - The gauge must be albe to pass through the inside of specimens.
Flammability - Complying with clause 13, KS C IEC G1386-21
